By commissioning Alisson you hereby accept these terms of service:

1. COMMISSION INFORMATION
a) When commissioning me, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided me with all relevant information about your commission (including an accurate character reference sheet and/or description)b) The character(s) you have provided for the commission must be your own or you must have permission to use them.2. RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK
a) All rights to the artwork belong to you. This means that the artwork I provide for you is for personal and commercial use.b) I will only have the right to publish the finished artwork on my social media, and you may decide whether or not to be mentioned.3. WORK-IN-PROGRESS UPDATES
a) If the client requests an update, only the current status of the piece will be provided.4. REFUND POLICY
a) Refunds are always available if the piece has not been delivered after 14 days; however, in an emergency, a refund will be issued without issue.b) It is not possible to request a refund after the piece has been completed. If a chargeback is issued, the client will be blacklisted and blocked for other artists
